UK Deliveries

• Standard delivery: free with an order value of £25.00 or higher orders with a value below £25.00 will incur a delivery charge of £2.50
• All orders placed and paid for before 16.00 hours UK time will be dispatched on the same day
• Small items will be sent via royal mail, larger orders will be sent via courier.
• All orders will be sent on 24 hour service and tracked.

Please note:

• Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. box addresses, hotels, or third parties.
• If your delivery address is in the Scottish highlands & islands, the isle of man, or northern Ireland delivery times will vary.

International deliveries

• All international deliveries will be sent with a fully traceable service.
• The price of the service is dependent on the country and or region

Returns

• Before you open all the packaging covering your goods please please
• Compare what you have ordered with what it is replacing
• Place your old item next to the new one to confirm it is correct.
• In this way if you need to return the goods for any reason it will make the return process so much easier.

Returned goods are to be:

• Unused
• In a saleable condition
• In their original packaging
• With their labels intact
• We are legally entitled to refuse the return of goods or make only a partial Refund of the original cost if the goods are not returned in the condition as Described above.
• We will only refund the cost of goods we will not refund delivery or return costs
• UK customers have 7 days from date of delivery to return goods.
• International orders have 21 days from date of delivery to return goods
• You must notify us of faulty or damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery date
• Please contact us for a returns authorisation number before sending any goods back to us
